You can discover when users are viewing the video within the session dates analytics in TC DM.
1.1. To see the analytics for a particular video in TC Digital Media, go to My Media [1]. Then, hover your mouse over your preferred video and click More... [2].
1.2. In the left-side panel, click Analytics.
1.3. A summary of the viewing behavior for all viewers will appear [1]. As well as, the default media analytics [2]. To see more analytics, click Show More [3].
The default analytics include:
- Duration - The duration of the media (video).
- Size - File size of the media file.
- Views - The total number of times the media was viewed.
- Unique Views - The number of times unique users have viewed the media on their first viewing.
1.4. The following additional analytics will display.
Additional analytics feature:
- Downloads - The number of downloads performed on the media.
- Last Downloaded - The last time the media was downloaded.
- Total Play Length - The cumulative time the media has been viewed.
- Play Percentage - The percentage of the total unique time length of the media that was viewed.
2. To view in depth analytics, click More.
3. A Video Content Report will display a general media Summary along with Playback, Session, Audience Retention and Hot Spot analytics.
4. To view analytics on the total number of views by the dates, click Sessions [1]. Then, click Session Dates [2].
5. This summary will show how many total views occurred during a certain time period.
