1.1. In your Canvas Dashboard, select your preferred course.
1.2. In the side navigation bar, click TC Digital Media.
1.3. You will be redirected to the TC Digital Media (Yuja Media) home page.
2. Click My Media [1]. Then, hover your preferred video recording and click More... [2].
3. In the side panel, click Links.
4. To copy the direct link to the recording, click the Copy icon.
5. For security options, click Security.
6. To ensure smooth access to your recording, make sure Public is selected [1]. For baseline security, make sure the box next to Password or Authentication Restriction is checked and choose from either option [2]. To finish, click Save [3].
For additional security measure you may continue adjusting the remaining security settings.
7. You may now paste the direct link via email, chat, etc.
