View the caption progress in TC Digital Media

1. Log into the TC Portal

Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu

Employee: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu

2. In the applications Tab, click More Applications.

3. Select the TC Digital Media icon.

4. In My Media, float your mouse over the video that you would like to view the captions, and click More.

5. From the list, select Accessibility.

6. If your auto-captioning request is still processing the Auto Captioning button will say Processing...

When auto-captions have completed, you will be able to view and download them under the auto captioning buttons. Follow these instructions, Download TCDM Captions or Transcripts
