1. In myTC Portal, click TC Digital Media under the General Technology Resources.
2. In My Media, float your mouse over the video that you would like to view the captions, and click More.
3. From the list, select Accessibility.
4. If your auto-captioning request is still processing the Auto Captioning button will say Processing...
