1.1. Log into the TC Portal Using the link(s) below:
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employees: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
1.2. In Resources & Knowledge, either type in the search bar "TC Digital Media" or select TC Digital Media from your pinned resources.
1.3. In the top-right corner make sure to select TC Single-Sign-On [1] from the drop-down. Then, click Sign In [2].
1.4. If redirected to TC Single-Sign-On, sign in with your UNI and TC Password [1]. Then, click Sign in [2].
1.5. You will now be signed into the TC Digital Media (Yuja Media) home page.
2. At the top, click Manage Media.
3. You will be redirected to My Media. In My Media, click Upload.
4. Click Video [1]. Then, click Browse [2].
5. Click on the name of your video (e.g MP4, MOV, MPEG and AVI File) [1]. Then, click Open [2].
6. A message will pop up when the upload of your video is complete.
7. Video will take moments processing, then it will appear in the My Media section of TC Digital Media.
8. Hover over the selected video and click Share.
9. In the pop-up, enter a user's TC email [1], click Share [2], and then click Save [3].
In the drop-down, you may choose between Full Access, Edit Access, Edit Caption Access, and Read Only.
10. The recipient will receive an email from Yuja Lamina Video Platform with a link to your video.
