To be able to download a PDF of the captions of a video, the video needs to have captions and the instructor needs to have shared it using the Canvas External Tool feature.
2. Click the Sidebar icon in the lower right corner.

3. Click the Resources icon on the right sidebar.

4. Click the download icon for the PDF version of the transcript

5. Open the PDF
NOTE: The format of the document will be one long, unformatted PDF.
