Please ignore the “submit” button on the upper right hand corner as that is not meant to be clicked on.
1. For the most optimal viewing experience, we recommend that you click on the “Maximize Window” icon right next to the “Submit” button.
2. This will load a separate window in your browser for viewing the recording and will allow you to see the many different time stamps in the recording.
