Download published media from TC Digital Media for offline viewing in Yuja Mobile app

If content creators enable the Viewer download option for media, users will be able to download media for offline viewing through Yuja Mobile app.

Follow instructions for Download and Log into TC Digital Media YuJa) Mobile App

1. Tap on any published media to watch.   

2. Select the gear icon.

3. If content creators enabled the Viewer Download option, the Download option will be available.  Select Download.

4. Download will begin.  Once done, downloaded media will appear under Downloads tab, now available for viewing on Yuja Mobile app.
