1. In the TC Portal Click Google Drive
If you do not have Google Drive Pinned. Click More Applications.
6. To add questions to your quiz click the + add question icon in the right floating menu
Be sure to add a field for the students to put their first & last name.
7. Once you have your quiz questions set click Settings to add your quiz preferences. In Setting toggle the bar next to "Make this a quiz"
If you have open ended questions you should select "Later, after a manual review" so that you can review responses after students submit quiz.
9. Under Responses Click the drop down menu and select Verified to collect student email addresses for their submissions.
11. When you click Publish you will be prompted to select who can access this form. Click Publish.
It is recommended that you keep the security setting that users need to sign into their tc.columbia.edu email to submit files.
