For Dropdown question types in a Google Form, you can get a "pre-filled link" that will direct users to a version of the form that already has a specific option selected.
1. Edit your Google Form
2. Click the three dots for More in the upper right corner of the form.
3. Select Get pre-filled link from the choices.
4. Go to the Dropdown question and select the choice you want pre-selected for users.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the form and click Get link.
6. When the new message appears at the bottom, click COPY LINK
