Add SRT Captions to a Video on a Google Drive

When you upload a video to your Google Drive, you can add an SRT file to make captions available for your viewers.

1. Locate your video on your Google Drive.

2. Open the video.

3. Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner and click Manage Caption Track.

4. Click Add new caption track.

5. Locate the caption file.

6. Click on the caption file and click Insert.

7. Check to be sure that's the file you want and click UPLOAD.

8. Once the captions are uploaded, viewers can click on the CC button to view the captions.
