1. Click the Gmail icon in the the applications tab of the TC Portal.

2. Open the Space that you wanted to block.

3. Point to the space name and click on the three stacked dots.

4. Click Block this space.
If the space is within your organization, this option is Block this space.

You can only do this for external spaces.

5.1. Check off the box for Report this space as spam or abuse [1]. Then, click Block [2].

6. Click Block.
