1. Click the Gmail icon in the the applications tab of the TC Portal.
2. Select the Space where you want to edit the task you've previously created.
3. Click the Tasks tab.
In Gmail, you might have to expand the room to see the Tasks tab.
4. Click the title, details, date and time, or assignee and make the changes.
If you have a task in your personal task list, you can edit the task title, details, and date/time from your personal task list. Any changes update the task for everyone in the room and a notification displays.
