Share a file in Google Drive

1. In the myTC portal, click Drive.

2. Click the file you would like to share.

3. Click the Share icon.

4. A pop-up will appear. Enter the email address of the person(s) you would like to share the file with. Click on the dropdown arrow for sharing permission options.

There are three permission options:

Viewer: The person can only view the document. They may not leave comments or make changes.

Commenter: The person can view the document to make comments but they may not make changes.

Editor: The person has full access to the document. They can view, make comments, and make changes to the document.

5. Click the Send button.

The person will receive an email notification informing that you have shared a document with them. The email will also contain a direct link to the document.
