How to embed a Google Form into a Canvas Page

1. In your Google Form, click Send.

2. In the pop-out window, click the embed icon and click Copy.

3. In your Canvas course, click Pages in the course navigation.

4. Click View All Pages.

5. In the top right corner, click the add page button.

6. Give your page a title and click the three dots at the far right side of the rich content editor. Then, click the cloud icon.

7. Paste the embed code that you copied from the Google Form. Click Submit.

8. The Google Form will be embedded into the page. Click Save and Publish when you are finished.
