Deleting a task deletes it for all members of the room and from the assignee’s personal task list.
1. Open Google Chat or Gmail.
2. Select the Space.
3. At the top, click the Tasks tab. In Gmail, you might have to expand the room to see the Tasks tab.
4. At the far right of the task, click the trash can icon to delete the task.
5. Then, select Delete.
