Connect to TC-Secure: Personal, Non-TC Device (Google Chromebook)

Set Up the RADIUS Certificate in Chrome

1. Open up the Google Chrome browser.

2. Click on the Privacy and security tab.

3. Select the Security tab.

4.  Click Manage certificates.

5.  Click on the Your certificates tab.

6.  Click Import.

7.  Navigate to the saved location of the TC RADIUS certificate file (RADIUSServerCertificate.p12), select it and click Open.

8.  Enter the RADIUS password and click OK.

Please Note: This password must be entered by TC's Service Desk (x3300).

9.  Confirm the HCR-CPPM-Pub certificate is present in the Your certificates tab before closing Google Chrome and moving on to the next section.

Set Up the TC-Secure Wi-Fi Connection

1. Open up the Settings app.

2. Navigate to Settings--->Network and click on the Wi-Fi tab to see available wireless networks in the area.

3. Click on TC-Secure in order to connect.

4. Make sure the EAP Method is set to PEAP, set the Server CA certificate option to Do not check, and EAP Phase 2 Authentication should be left on Automatic.

Please Note: Don't click "Connect" just yet!

5.  Set the Domain suffix match field to HCR-CPPM-Pub. In the Identity and Password fields, enter your Okta credentials. Leave Anonymous Identity blank.  Press Connect.

Check Your Connection!

To confirm connectivity, navigate to the Settings--->Network--->Wi-Fi menu. You'll see a Connected status directly below TC-Secure.

For the final step, click on TC-Secure once again and enable Prefer this network and Automatically connect to this network.
