Open a Service Desk ticket

The Service Desk is your one stop for getting technical questions answered and reporting technology related problems. When you open a Service Desk ticket, it will be routed to the appropriate staff member to assist you.

2. Click "Report an incident"

3. Fill out the form. Define the urgency of your request, add a short description and briefly describe the issue

Set the urgency of you ticket by clicking on the drop down menu.

3.1. Write a short description of your issue (max length is 60 characters). In this example, the user wrote "Can't access Canvas"

3.2. Describe your issue, just as the example below.

3.3. If you want to add a screenshot drag the image into the textbox. Once it is attached, you will be able to see it at the top of the form

4. Click Submit.

5. You will see a summary of your Ticket.

Report an Incident

6. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation from TC Information Technology (TCIT). Future communications between you and TCIT will be by e-mail.
