The Service Desk is your one stop for getting technical questions answered and reporting technology related problems. When you open a Service Desk ticket, it will be routed to the appropriate staff member to assist you.
1. Click the red Support icon on the top right of the the myTC Portal.
3. Fill out the form. Define the urgency of your request, add a short description and briefly describe the issue
Set the urgency of you ticket by clicking on the drop down menu.
