The TCIT Service Desk is your one stop for getting technical questions answered and reporting technology related problems. When you open a TCIT Service Desk ticket, it will be routed to the appropriate staff member to assist you.
1. Click the IT Support button located at the bottom of the TC Portal.

3. Fill out the form. Define the urgency of your request, add a short description and briefly describe the issue
Set the urgency of you ticket by clicking on the drop down menu.
3.1. Write a short description of your issue (max length is 60 characters). In this example, the user wrote "Can't access Canvas"
5. You will see a summary of your Ticket.

6. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation from TC Information Technology (TCIT). Future communications between you and TCIT will be by e-mail.
If you want to add more people to your support ticket, just let TCIT know their TC UNI or email address, and they will take care of adding them for you.
