This document details the steps required to remove the TC-Secure wireless profiles tied to the old certificate-based BYOD service on an iPhone/iPad.
1. Go to Settings-→General-→Profiles.
2. Click on the Device Enrollment profile.
3. Click Remove Profile.
Note: You may need to enter your device passcode to complete the removal process.
4. Click Remove.
5. Next, click on the ClearPass Onboard Local Certificate Authority profile.
6. Click Remove Profile.
Note: You may need to enter your device passcode again to complete the removal process.
7. Click Remove.
8. At this point, the Profiles tab should not contain either of the two profiles that were just deleted (the entire tab will disappear if no other profiles are installed on the device).
