When using TC-Secure on a Mac, the password associated with the Active Directory account authenticated to TC-Secure does not automatically update unless the account is logged in via the Login Screen that displays the TC-Secure Wi-Fi connection.

The following steps are required to prevent the account from being locked out due to a cached password.
1. Search for Keychain Access on your Mac. Open Keychain Access once you locate the application.

2. Search for the item called TC-Secure.

3. Open the TC-Secure Keychain Item and check the Show password box. Update the password to be the same as your login password for Active Directory.
