TC-Secure: Personal, Non-TC Device (Windows) - [Expired Password]

If you've recently updated your Okta password (the account you log into your computer with), you'll need to re-authenticate with your new credentials.

1. Click on the Wireless icon in the Windows Notification Area on the Taskbar.

2. Right-click on TC-Secure, then click Forget.

3. Once again, click on the Wireless icon in the Windows Notification Area on the Taskbar to see available wireless networks.

4. Select TC-Secure from the available networks list and click Connect (Check Connect automatically before proceeding).

5. Enter your Okta credentials (the username and password you use to log in to your work computer) and click OK.

Note: Make sure to use your recently updated password to login.

6. If you see the prompt Continue connecting? ..., press Connect to continue.

7. The authentication process may take several moments, during which you'll see a Verifying and connecting status message.

8. Once authenticated, you will see a Connected, secured status message under TC-Secure
