How to connect TC-Secure on TC-Owned Mac for user using only local account

1. Enroll computer in Jam. Here are the instructions for enrollment.

 

2. Suggest the user schedule an appointment with Service Desk in order to migrate settings/data from their existing local profile to a new profile created with their AD login.

3. If the user agrees, connect them as a BYOD in the interim. Once their data is migrated, reprovision the laptop so its recognized as a staff/faculty TC-owned device.
