1. Open a Google Chrome browser.
2. Click the three vertical dots menu on the top-right corner of your browser window and click Settings.
3. From the dropdown menu, click Settings.
4. Click Accessibility.
5. Click the toggle to enable Live Caption.
6. Google Chrome will download speech recognition files.
7. Automatic captions will now appear when you play a video or audio file within Google Chrome.
