Create a shareable link to a folder in Google Drive

1. In the myTC Portal click Drive.

2. Right click on the folder that you would like to share (Mac control+click).

3. In the pop-out menu click Share.

5. Click Restricted and change it to Tc.columbia.edu

Users will need to be signed into their Tc.columbia.edu email address to view the document.
