Matrix table questions allow you to combine multiple questions that have the same answer choices. This is most useful when you need to ask multiple questions that should be rated on the same scale.
1. Click Add new question. Then, select Matrix table.
2. The default type of matrix table is Likert scale.
3. Change the number of statements by clicking the - and + buttons. The - button will decrease the number of statements. The + button will increase the number of statements.
4. Adjust the width of the column containing your statements by clicking and dragging the vertical line to the left of your statements
