Delete completed responses in Qualtrics

1. Log into MyTC. Click the Student, Faculty, or Employee Resources tab. In the General Technology Resources section, click TC Zoom.

Access the myTC Portal

2. Go to the Qualtrics Survey.

3. Click on Data & Analysis tab.

This step may take a few minutes to generate responses.

4. Check the checkbox in the top left corner to select all responses.

5. Click the trash can icon,

6. Check boxes to decrement all quotas for deleted responses and that you are sure you want to delete the responses. Confirm you want to delete the responses and, then, click Delete responses.

Deleted responses cannot be recovered.

If you would like the responses removed to NOT count against quota counts then check Decrement all quotas for deleted responses.

7. Qualtrics provides cues that the work is in progress. The spinning gear in the top right corner alerts you that the work is still underway.

It may take a few moments to finish deleting the responses from Qualtrics.

8. Once the deletion is completed, the responses will disappear.
