Descriptive text questions can be used to add an introduction or instructions to your survey, or display an image, without asking for feedback
1. Click Add new question. Then, click Text/Graphic.
2. Click on the question text to show editing options. Click Rich Content Editor to open the rich text box editor. Then, use the options to type your text.
