Qualtrics Offline Surveys is an application available for iOS and Android that allows you to collect responses without an internet connection. Responses can be collected in the field and then uploaded back into Qualtrics as soon as you have an internet connection. The app is available for iPad, iPhone, and Android tablets and smartphones.
1. Go to the App Store if you have an iPad or iPhone, or go to the Google Play Store if you have an Android device. Search for Qualtrics Surveys and download the Qualtrics Offline Surveys app. Below is what the app icon looks like.
For your device to be compatible with the app, it must:
- runs iOS 9.0 or later or Android 4.4 or greater (mobile)
- runs Windows OS 7.0 or greater (desktop)
- have either the App Store or Google Play store installed
- not be jailbroken
2. Click Sign in with SSO.
3. Type in teacherscollege into the box and click Continue.
4. In the username field, type your UNI with #tccolumbia (no spaces). Type your Qualtrics password in the password field. Then, click Sign In.
Qualtrics does not recognize the @ symbol in the username field. Make sure you use the # symbol to log into your account.
Qualtrics may or may not have the same password as your My TC Portal. If needed, you may reset your password by clicking Forgot your password? Reset here.
5. If redirected to the myTC login, enter your TC UNI and password.
6. You will be redirected the home screen of the Qualtrics offline surveys app.
