Converting a Microsoft Word Document to a PDF

Accessibility features will translate when converted to PDF

1. Select the File tab.

2. Click Save As.

3. Select the location where you would like your document saved.

4. In the Save As type drop-box, select PDF.

4.1. Then, select Options.

5. Check the Document structure tags for accessibility checkbox, then press OK.

Accessibility Document - Word

Your document will be saved as a PDF with accessibility features tagged.
