You can turn alternative formats on if they are disabled. This only enables alternative formats on the selected content item. You must follow these steps for every content item you want to enable.
1. Locate the content item for which you want to enable Alternative formats. Click the Download Alternative Formats icon next to the file.
2. Click Enable for this file.
3. Alternative formats should now be enabled. Click the close button on the top right hand corner.
