When converting a Microsoft Word file to a PDF, first ensure that the file is accessible before conversion.
1. Select Review tab.

2. Click Check Accessibility.

3. View the Inspection Results on Accessibility Checker.
3.1. Fix any Errors and Warnings that appear.

3.2. If the issues with the Errors and Warnings are addressed correctly, the Accessibility Checker will state that there are no more issues found.
