How to resend the "Welcome to Okta" Activation Email

1. Sign into Okta with one of the following links:

End user links should be used when the service desk staff wants to access their own accounts as an end user:                                                                                                                      Production: sso.tc.columbia.edu Preview: ssotest.tc.columbia.edu

Administrator Links should be used when the  service desk staff needs to perform administrative function:                                                           Production: https://tccu-admin.okta.com/admin/dashboard

Preview: https://tccu-admin.oktapreview.com/admin/dashboard

2. Select the Admin button

2.1. Select "Users"

3. Select the drop down button and select "Pending User Action"

4. Look up the user that requested the activation email to be resent

5. Click the "resend activation email" button
