Add a User to a Group

1. Sign into Okta with one of the following links:

End user links should be used when the service desk staff wants to access their own accounts as an end user:                                                                                                                      Production: sso.tc.columbia.edu Preview: ssotest.tc.columbia.edu

Administrator Links should be used when the  service desk staff needs to perform administrative function:                                                           Production: https://tccu-admin.okta.com/admin/dashboard

Preview: https://tccu-admin.oktapreview.com/admin/dashboard

2. Click on the "Admin" button

3. Select "People"

4. Select the user you want to add to a group

5. Go to "Groups"

6. Search for the group you want to add the user to

7. Select the group

8. Add the user to the group
