Adding an External Email in Banner Self-Service (back-up for Okta password reset)

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add a Recovery Email to your TC account.

1. Login to the TC Portal

2. Select "Go to My Personal Information"

3. Select "Add New" in the Email section of the page

4. From the drop down arrow under "Email Type" select "External"

5. Enter the email address, then select "Add"

6. Your external email has been created
