Reset Authenticators

1. If a user's phone number changes, you can rest the authenticator

2. Sign into Okta with one of the following links:

End user links should be used when the service desk staff wants to access their own accounts as an end user:                                                                                                                      Production: sso.tc.columbia.edu Preview: ssotest.tc.columbia.edu

Administrator Links should be used when the  service desk staff needs to perform administrative function:                                                           Production: https://tccu-admin.okta.com/admin/dashboard

Preview: https://tccu-admin.oktapreview.com/admin/dashboard

3. Click on "More Action"

4. Select "Reset Authenticators"

5. Choose how you would like to authenticate - Phone or Duo" then click on "Reset Selected Authenticators" button
