Write with the PowerPoint drawing feature on the Touch Display

This article provides you with instructions on how to draw on the touch display using the PowerPoint drawing feature during a Zoom meeting.

1. On Touch Display D, click Window Start button. Then, search and click PowerPoint.

2. Click Blank Presentation to start a new presentation.

3. To insert a new blank slide:

3.1. Click the Insert tab.

3.2. Click on the drop down menu next to New Slide. Select Blank.

Refer to the article  View remote students using Zoom Gallery view (Type A Classroom) to set up Touch Display D in the classroom to join your Zoom meeting.

4. In your Zoom meeting, click Share Screen.

5. Select the PowerPoint that was open, then click Share.

6. Click the Draw tab.

7. (Optional) Click here to learn how to save your drawings as PowerPoint slides for students' reference or later use.

7.1. Click the File tab.

7.2. Click Save As. Select This PC, and click Desktop.

7.3. Name your presentation. Click Save.

7.4. You should find your saved PowerPoint Presentation on the desktop. You may then post it on Canvas or email it to your students.
