If you are unsure how to access Zoom, please call ext: 3300 for Media Services
1. Locate Keyboard A in the classroom.
3. Click Canvas.
4. Locate your Canvas course on the Dashboard.
5. Click Zoom in your course navigation.
If the message"Redirect to Zoom..." appears, click the blue hyperlink that reads "click here." A separate Zoom webpage will be launched and you may continue following the instructions below.
6. Click Start to begin the Zoom meeting.
7. From the pop-up window, click Open zoom.us.
8. Before joining the audio, click Test Speaker and Microphone.
9. Make sure you hear the audio through the room speakers before clicking Yes.
If you do not hear the ringtone through the room speakers click "No, try another speaker" until you find the one that works.
10. Speak and pause, wait to hear a replay before clicking Yes.
If you don't hear yourself through your microphone test, click No, Try Another Microphone until you find the one that works.
11. Click End Test.
12. To join audio:
12.1. On an Apple device, click Join Audio. All others, go to 12.2.
12.2. Then, click Join with Computer Audio.
