You should always use Zoom's Test Speaker and Microphone feature before connecting the audio for a Zoom session in a TC Classroom.
1. Using classroom Keyboard A, start your Zoom class meeting.
2. Click Test Speaker and Microphone.
3. Make sure you hear the audio through the room speakers before clicking Yes.
If you do not hear the ringtone through the room speakers click "No, try another speaker" until you find the one that works.
4. Speak and pause, wait to hear a replay before clicking Yes.
If you don't hear yourself through your microphone test, click "No, Try Another Microphone" until you find the one that works.
5. Click End Test.
6. Click Join with Computer Audio.
