1. Upon entering the classroom, locate the power button on the wall and press it to power on the computer.
2. Select a room mode from the panel on the wall, select " Individual Mode"
Room Mode Options:
Presentation Mode allows you to select one source to access all places.
Individual Mode allows you to select different sources to different places.
Breakout Mode Mutes the ceiling speakers and activates the sound bars for group work. Each projector and display are individual stations.
3. You have the option to select a different source for each projector. You can also select a different source for sound.
Source Options:
PC-A-Main - Selects the main computer that the cameras and microphones are connected to.
PC A Extended - When seleced the extended display option on the computer allows you to extend to two images on two projectors. One computer is covering two projectors, and the mouse will jump from one projector to the other.
PC B Main - Selects computer B. Allows you to connect to another computer.
