1. Upon entering the classroom, locate the power button and press it to turn on the computer
2. Select your room mode, Select Breakout Mode
Room Mode Options:
Presentation Mode allows you to select one source to access all places.
Individual Mode allows you to select different sources to different places.
Breakout Mode Mutes the ceiling speakers and activates the sound bars for group work. Each projector and display are individual stations.
3. You will notice there is limited options are available in this mode.
4. On the computer for each station, select VBC 2500 as your camera under the video option in the software (i.e. Zoom) settings
5. Select “Echo Canceling Speakerphone (Biamp Parle VBC 2500) for your speaker and microphone under the audio option in the software (i.e. Zoom) settings.
6. You will see the sound bar, located underneath each display and projection screen, activate the lens cover and it will retract.
