Authorize Google account in Canvas

1. When prompted to Authorize your Google account, click Authorize.

2. Select your Teachers College email address.

3. Click Allow.

4. If you are taken back to the Authorize page again, continue onto Step 5.

5. Close ALL your web browsers.

6. Get back into your course in Canvas using the Chrome browser.

7. Open a new tab in your Chrome browser and go to Google.com

8. Click on the account icon in the upper right corner, and click Sign Out for any accounts other than your Teachers College account.

9. Log in again to the TC Portal.

10. If you are prompted, click Authorize.

11. Click Allow.

12. The shared document should appear.
