All Teachers College students, faculty, and staff have 24/7 access to the knowledgable Canvas support team via phone, email, or chat.
1. Log into the TC Portal.
Students: https://student.tc.columbia.edu
Employee: https://employee.tc.columbia.edu
2. In the applications Tab, click Canvas.
3. Click Help in the Global Navigation Menu.
4. To talk with Canvas support over the phone, call the number for the Canvas Support Hotline.
5. To talk with Canvas support over chat
5.1. Click Chat with Canvas Support.
5.2. Complete the form, and click Start Chatting.
5.3. You will be brought to a waiting screen.
5.4. A Canvas agent will ask how they can help. Enter your inquiry into the chat.
5.5. When you are done, click the exit button.
5.6. Click Confirm End Chat.
5.7. You will be asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey.
