1. If you've received an Undelivered Message email after sending a message from your Canvas Inbox, note the email address it was sent to.
2. Add the email address to your Canvas Profile.
2.1. Login to the myTC Portal and click on Student Resources.
3. Under Academic Technology Resources, click on Canvas Courses.
4. Click on you account icon.
5. Click Settings.
6. Click + Email Address on the right side of the page under Ways to Contact.
7. Add the email address that Canvas emailed the message to and click Register Email.
8. Once the email has been registered a confirmation box will pop up.
9. Find the confirmation email in the Inbox of your newly registered address and confirm the registration by clicking Click here to confirm this registration.
