Navigate to the Ring Central website and click on the Login drop down.
From the login drop down, select Ring Central App.
Click on the Sign In button.
Enter your TC Email Address and click on Next.
When prompted, enter your Ring Central password. If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot Password" to reset it.
Click Skip to proceed.
If the website shows Teachers College at Columbia, contact the TCIT Service Desk before proceeding!
On the left hand side bar, select Settings.
From the settings panel, select Messaging.
Click on the Delete Account button.
You will be redirected to the 'user settings' page to cancel the free subscription, along with disabling the user account. In order to proceed, enter your Ring Central password and click Cancel Subscription.
A prompt will appear that the Ring Central account has been cancelled, and you will automatically be logged out. After this step you will no longer be able to sign into the personal Ring Central account.
