Before you can schedule a meeting follow these instructions for: Log into your RingCentral account.
1. To access RingCentral meetings, click on the video camera icon in the bottom left corner.
1.1. To schedule a meeting, click on Schedule in the middle of your screen.
1.2. A pop-up will appear where you can schedule your meeting. Make sure to change the email option from Office 365 to Google at the bottom. Once you have finished, click Schedule Meeting.
The default settings are the preferred settings when scheduling a new RingCentral meeting.
1.2.1. You will then be asked to sign into your TC Google email. Enter your TC email and click Next.
1.2.2. You will then need to log into the myTC portal.
1.2.3. Lastly, you will need to allow RingCentral access to your Google calendar in order to schedule a new RingCentral meeting.
You may need to check the box next to "See, edit share, and..." then click Allow.
1.2.4. Your new RingCentral meeting will be created as a new Google calendar event with all the meeting information.
1.2.5. Your schedule RingCentral meeting will appear in your account.
When you hover over the scheduled meeting, four icons appear. The icons are as follows from left to right:
Copy meeting info: this will copy all the meeting information into your clipboard so you can share it with others by pasting the information in an email.
View meeting details: will take you to your Google calendar where the meeting information is saved.
Join meeting: will let you start and/or join the meeting with camera abilities.
Dial in: will let you start and/or join the meeting without camera abilities.
