Record a meeting

1. You can record your meeting by clicking on the Record button at the bottom navigation.

You can choose to record the meeting to your local computer or to the cloud.

2. If you select record to the cloud, when the recording is ready, you will receive an email letting you know the recording is ready.

3. You can also access your recorded meetings by logging into RingCentral through the Admin Portal.

3.1. Sign in using your TC phone number. Click Next.

3.2. Enter your password. Click Sign In.

3.3. Click on the Tools drop-down and select My Recordings.

3.4. You will then see a list of your meeting cloud recordings where you can choose to share, download, or delete.
