1. Click on the Share tab, and within the Export group, you will see the various ways to export data.
2.1. Click the Export Codebook.
Codebooks creates a chart with all the codes you have used, their description and the frequency they appear in each file.
2.2. Click the Browse button to select where you want to save the codebook and how you want to name it.
2.3. Click the format you would like to save the codebook
2.4. Click Save.
2.5. Check the box next to Include number of files and references for each node. Once you have finished, click OK.
3.1. To export one item, click on the item you want to export. Then, click Export.
3.2. To export multiple items, hold down Ctrl and click on all the items you want to export. Then, click Export.
3.3. Select your export options by choosing the file type, the location and what properties and content you want to export.
3.4. To change the folder location, click on Browse.
3.5. Choose the location you want the folder to be exported to and click OK.
3.6. Then click OK to export your item(s).
4.1. Click on the list you want to export. Then, click Export List.
You can export lists displayed in List View or Detail View. For example, a list of set members displayed in List View, or a list of coding references displayed on the node summary tab in Detail View. You can export a list to a variety of file types; Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), OpenDocument Text (.odt) and plain text (.txt).
4.2. Select the location of where you want the list to be saved.
4.3. Enter the name you would like to save the list as. :.
4.4. You can also change the file type by clicking the drop-down menu next to Save as type.
4.5. Click Save.
5.1. Click on the classification you want to export. Then, click Export.
If you have information about your sources or cases stored as classification attribute values in your project, you can export this data.
