1. Click Data on the top navigation bar. Then on the right hand side of the navigation bar you will see the various ways to export data.
2.1. Click Codebook in order to export a codebook to share a list of your nodes and their description.
2.2. Double click on the folder Nodes to see the various coded folders. Check the boxes of the folders you want to export, then click Select.
2.3. Enter the name you would like to save the codebook as in the Save As box. Next to Where, click on the drop-down menu to insert where you would like the codebook to be saved. Then, click OK.
4.1. Click on the list you want to export.
You can export lists displayed in List View or Detail View for example, a list of set members displayed in List View, or a list of coding references displayed on the node summary tab in Detail View. You can export a list to a variety of file types; Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), OpenDocument Text (.odt) and plain text (.txt).
4.2. Then, click List.
4.3. Enter the name you would like to save the list as in the Save As box. Next to Where, click on the drop-down menu to insert where you would like the list to be saved. Then, click OK.
5.1. Click on the classification you want to export. Then, click Classification Sheets.
Classification sheets allows you to export information about your sources or cases stored as classification attribute values in your project.
