Uninstall PrinterLogic App on macOS

1. Open Terminal

1. Open Finder

Finder is located on the dock, where all the other application icons appear.

2. Click Go from the top menu bar.

3. Click Utilities from within the drop-down menu.

4. Locate and double-click on the Terminal.app.

You will be presented with a Terminal prompt box.

2. Uninstall Command

5.  Copy and Paste the command below into the Terminal app.

Tip: Click the Copy button, which is a picture of two stacked papers, located to the right of the command below.

sudo /opt/PrinterInstallerClient/bin/uninstall.sh

6. After pasting the command, press the Enter/Return key on the keyboard.

You will be prompted to enter a password.

7. Enter your login password for the account you're currently signed into on the Mac computer. Then, press the Enter/Return key on the keyboard.

When entering your password, there will be no indication of which characters you're typing in. This is as expected when using a Terminal on Mac.

Tip: If you type your password incorrectly 3 times, the Terminal will return an empty prompt. Press the Up Arrow key on the keyboard to see your last entered command, then press the Enter/Return key again to repeat Step 6 and enter the correct password.

3. Uninstall Complete

8. A successful uninstall will show the output below and return you to a blank prompt.

The Terminal app can be closed now.
