Required for Personal devices: Connect to our TC-Secure wireless network
If the device is not connected to TC-Secure, the print job will not be placed in the printer's queue to be released.
Authentication
1. From your personal computer or computer lab kiosk, click on the PrinterLogic icon and click on Login with IdP...
Your TC email address will be displayed if already signed-in
2. Once authenticated, close out the tab or window.
File and Print Queue Selection
3. Access the web page or open the file you wish to print, and select the option to print.
4. Choose the PrinterLogic print queue where you'd like to send your print job.
Note: For example, in this case, it's a color printer in the Horace Mann 242 computer lab.
5. The print job should appear as Held in the print queue.
Release a Print Job
6. Using the PrinterLogic icon, click on Pull Printing and open the Print Job Management option.
7. In the Release portal, click on the checkbox for the print job that needs to be released.
The PrinterLogic Release Station can also be found in the TC Student Portal within the Resources section. Use the bookmark button so you can find it easily next time you need it.

8. Click on the Release button to release the print job to the printer.
9. In a couple of moments the status will update to Release Initiated and the printer will process your print job.
When you send a print job to one of our printers, you may see a message asking for an Authorization or Admin code on the printer's screen. You do not need to enter anything and it is not required.
