(BYOD) - Install PrinterLogic App on Windows

These instructions are for TC students, alumni, or employees using personal Windows computers that are not managed by TCIT. Before proceeding, please ensure you've already added the extension to Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

Step One: Open either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and navigate to https://teacherscollege.printercloud.com - A prompt will appear requesting to install the PrinterLogic client to your computer. Click on the Install button.

Step Two: Once the PrinterLogic installer setup is downloaded, double click on the executable to start the installation process.

Step Three: Click on Next to proceed.

Step Four: Click on Install to proceed.

Step Five: Click Finish.

Step Six: If the installing prompt still appears in your web browser, refresh the web page.

Step Seven: Once the page refreshes you will be prompted to authenticate with your UNI and TC password.

Step Eight: After authenticating, another prompt will appear inquiring for a authorization code. You can obtain this from the student portal's knowledge base.

Step Thirteen: Once the code is added, you should now be able to access the print queues assigned to your UNI.
